Rotary micro-punching technology
Punching of multilayer and self-adhesive materials with a hole diameter of 0.9 mm with extreme precision, cleanly and without burrs, even with narrow punching patterns. This technology is used in the production of Band-Aids and test strips, among other things.
Microperforating / needling cylinders
Cold or hot perforation, with movable and replaceable needle rings. The anvil cylinder is available in rubber, textile or steel, depending on requirements.
Converting module for pouches
